	VISA INFORMATION

In order to attend the conference, most delegates will need a business visa.

ATTENTION: Due to information from the local hosts, there is now an easier and faster way to apply for a visa for the Russian Federation. If you have not applied for a visa so far, please now use the following procedure to receive a Business Visa:

All the delegates will be rendered a visa support through the Consulate Service Department of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. The participants and their accompanying persons will receive business visas.
In order to receive a visa support to obtain business visas, the Local Organising Committee needs copies of the participants and their accompanying persons' passports.

In case the money transfer has been received and a copy of a passport is available the participant receives a telex number in 7 days. With this telex number a participant goes to the Russian Consulate in the city he indicated in his Letter of Confirmation and he'll receive a business visa there without any obstacles. Please, keep in mind that if a person doesn't reserve a hotel the Local Organising Committee won't be able to render a visa support.

	HOW TO REACH MOSCOW FROM THE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS

International flights arrive at two International Airports in Moscow: SHEREMETYEVO-II and DOMODEDOVO.

To those who arrive at the International Airport SHEREMETYEVO-II
The Local Organising Committee will arrange a meeting of all participants and a transport to the conference hotels on May 25 and 26, 2004.

To those who arrive at the International Airport DOMODEDOVO
There are several possible ways to reach the conference hotels from the international airport DOMODEDOVO by public transport.

•••• Aeroexpress train
The comfortable high-speed Aeroexpress train goes from the Domodedovo Airport to Paveletsky-Moscow. It is a non-stop service.
Journey time: 40 minutes.
Fare: 75 RUB (~ € 2,10,-)
Timetable: Every hour from 8.00 a.m. to 22.00 p.m.
You can buy Aeroexpress train tickets at the ticket desks of the International Domodedovo Airport. The ticket desks are situated in the right wing of the airport complex from the central entrance, just before an exit to the railway platform.

•••• Express Buses
There are Modern Scania express buses going from the airport to Domodedovskaya underground station.
Journey time: 25-30 minutes
Fare: 30 RUB (~ € 0,80,-)
Timetable:
to the airport: every 20 minutes from 8.50 a.m. to 23.30 p.m.
to the Domodedovskaya underground station: every 20 minutes from 8.00 a.m. to 23.40 p.m.
Ticket: you can buy a coach ticket either in the airport building next to the desk No.0 of the Russian airlines hall, or when boarding the coach. There is no additional luggage payment.
Coach stop: boarding takes place in the right wing of Domodedovo airport.

•••• Shuttles
There is a 24-hour shuttle service between the Domodedovskaya underground station and the airport.
Official carriers: "Round Trans" & "Elex Polus"
Journey time: 25-30 minutes.
Fare: 30 RUB (~ € 0,80,-)
Ticket: payment for a journey should be made to the driver when boarding a taxi. There is no additional luggage payment.
Timetable: a 24-hour service.

•••• Taxi stop:
at the right wing of the Domodedovo airport, in front of the arrivals exit of the Russian airlines.
How to reach the Local Organising Committee

From Domodedovskaya underground station as well as from Paveletskaya underground station you need to reach Kitai-Gorod underground station (exit to the hotel "Rossia"), where the Local Organising Committee will be waiting for you at the hotel "Rossia" (Western Wing).
