Registration
Registration for online participation is fully open and accessible to all.
Registration for in-person participation requires an access code assigned by the International Conference Secretariat on basis of the pre-registration. If you have been selected for in-person registration, you will have received an e-mail with your access code.
Should vacancies arise, there will be the possibility to upgrade existing online registrations to in-person registrations. If you wish to be added to the waiting list for in-person spots, please send an e-mail to conference-secretariathphconferencesorg.

Pre-registration
Due to the size of the venue, in-person participation in Vienna is limited to a maximum of 200 participants.
On basis of the pre-registration, in-person spots have been selected by the following criteria:
1) First come, first served
On the basis of the pre-registration, registrations for in-person participation will be selected.
2) National representation
Registrations from countries with only a few pre-registrations will be selected preferentially – even if they pre-registered later than others.
If selected, you will receive a temporary access code for in-person registration. If the registration is not done in time, the next person on the pre-registration list will move up. The pre-registration survey was open until April 16, 2023.
