Conference Dinner

This year's conference dinner will be held at the Rihga Royal Hotel (a 4-star hotel, ) near the conference venue.

At the opening of the dinner, we will perform a traditional Japanese ritual called "Breaking of a Sake Cask" and invite participants to enjoy sake. Hiroshima Prefecture is home to many famous Japanese sake breweries, and we will have a variety of sake available at the dinner venue.

As for entertainment during the dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy "Kagura," a traditional Japanese performing art. Kagura has been passed down throughout Japan as a form of song and dance to express gratitude to the gods for a bountiful harvest. Hiroshima is known for its vibrant Kagura tradition, so guests can experience the beauty of traditional Japanese music and dance.

The meal will be served in a Western style, featuring dishes made with local ingredients. Options will include meat (pork or chicken), fish, and vegetarian dishes. Please note that we will not be serving beef to minimize CO2 emissions.

We sincerely look forward to your participation.
