VAT ON FEES – IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please note that all delegates are required to pay Swedish VAT on the registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and accommodation (12%). Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country.

THE FULL REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Access to the posters
  • Coffee, tea and snacks during breaks
  • Two lunches (Thursday and Friday)
  • Welcome Reception (Wednesday)

ADD-ONS

  • Conference dinner (Three course seated dinner) incl. pre-mingle: 850 SEK + VAT
  • Site visits (limited number of seats, first come first served): 199 SEK + VAT
  • Accommodation can be booked online via the registration form. There are several offered hotels in varying price ranges and locations in Malmö.

 

CHANGES AND QUESTIONS

If you have questions regarding registration and/or payment, please contact Nordic Congress. All changes must be made by e-mail to elisabetnordiccongressse.

Registration is binding and non-refundable. Change of name of participant can be done.

The delegate is responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the registration process. If an administrator needs to change or complete the information provided, an administrative cost of 400 SEK + VAT will be added to the invoice.
