For inclusion in the conference proceedings on the website, presenters are encouraged to upload their presentation slides and posters as PDF files to the conference website.
To upload your presentation slides or poster, please go to https://www.hphconferences.org/login/ and log into your account. After logging in, you will see a list of your accepted abstracts. Next to each abstract, there is an UPLOAD button. Click on it to browse your computer for the correct file. You will see a preview of your poster, after which you must confirm your upload.

Notification letters have been sent on 27 March 2026 to all poster presenters and submitters with the date and time of their allocated poster session. If you have not received the notification regarding the date and time of your poster session, please check your spam folder. If you do not find the notification letter, please contact conference-secretariathphconferencesorg.

Letters of acceptance and rejection have been sent on February 11, 2026 to all authors who submitted abstracts for oral or poster presentations in the parallel program. To remain in the conference program, all presenters are required to register by March 16, 2026.
Please note that a maximum of two abstracts per presenting author is permitted. If you have submitted more than two abstracts, please nominate additional presenting authors at conference-secretariathphconferencesorg.
