Information for poster presenters

  • As a presenter, you are responsible for bringing a printed poster in portrait A0 format (841mm in width and 1189mm in height).
  • Pins and poster boards will be provided. The poster boards will display your poster number and indicate whether your presentation is scheduled for 21 or the 22 June.
  • Posters must be mounted by the presenter on the morning of the respective presentation day and removed after the late coffee break that same day. Posters left in the building after this time will be discarded.
  • Please note that digital posters are not accepted as a substitute for a printed poster on-site.
  • All poster presenters were informed about their allocated poster session on 27 March 2026. If you have not received the notification including the date and time of your poster session, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find the notification, please contact conference-secretariathphconferencesorg. 
  • When preparing your poster, please ensure the use of an appropriate font size and clear, comprehensible English. Clearly outline the relevance of your work to HPH, focusing on aspects such as empowerment, participation, equity in health, or contributions to somato-psycho-social health gains, and how it relates to the conference theme.
