Call for abstracts closed

The submission period for abstracts for the 31st International Conference on Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services (HPH) has ended.

All submitted abstracts are currently under review by the Scientific Committee.

Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent in early February 2026.

Next steps for authors and presenters

  • A maximum of two abstracts per presenting author will be accepted, regardless of presentation type (oral, mini oral, or poster).
  • Submissions for oral or mini oral presentations may be reassigned to mini oral or poster format based on the evaluation by the Scientific Committee.
  • Presenters of accepted abstracts must register for the conference by March 16, 2026, or the contribution will be removed from the program.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in the online program and the electronic abstract book.

 

Review criteria

  • Relevance to health promoting hospitals and health services
  • Clarity of background, objective, and methods/interventionsarly described
  • Substantial results supporting the conclusions
  • Coherence and clear writing (English language, explanation of terms, logical structure)
  • Ethical concerns
